Business Process Analyst – Banking and Insurance Sector
We are looking for an experienced analyst specialized in organizational and process analysis, with proven expertise in the banking and insurance sectors.
Used to working in a team, able to use IT tools for process mapping, and capable of independently managing relationships with stakeholders. Within the team, they will be responsible for contributing to the professional development of less experienced colleagues.
Knowledge of the English language is required.
Expert in IT monitoring systems
We are looking for an expert in IT infrastructure monitoring systems, both at the technological level and the application level.
They must have knowledge of monitoring architectures and issues related to IT service delivery and the control of related service levels. They should be familiar with modern IT infrastructures (on-premise, cloud, hybrid). A desire to expand their knowledge and a proactive attitude are considered important qualities in the selection process. They must be used to working in a team.
Knowledge of the English language is required.
Process Analyst in the IT field
We are looking for an experienced analyst in the typical processes of IT organizations.
The ITIL certification (particularly in the area of Service Management) or COBIT will be considered a preferred qualification. Used to working in a team, the candidate is able to use IT tools for process mapping.
